Elemental Accelerator, formerly known as RapiHD, is a video processing plug-in for Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 that provides high-effiency, high-performance H.264 video encoding for Blu-ray, online and mobile device distribution. On the desktop, Elemental Accelerator 2.0 works with the Quadro FX 5800, 4800, 3800 and 1800. On mobile platforms, Elemental Accelerator works with the Quadro FX 3700M and 2700M. And for the Mac OS, Elemental Accelerator 1.2 is available exclusively with the Quadro FX 4800 for Mac. For users who already own RapiHD Accelerator, you can easily upgrade to the newest version of Elemental Accelerator at no cost. Simply launch Adobe Premiere Pro and from within the Export Settings dialog box, select the RapiHD Accelerator format. Then, select the "More Info" tab and click on the "Check for updates" button. You will then be directed to the Elemental Accelerator updates website appropriate to your graphics card.
