Elemental User Community
The Elemental User Community is a platform to help our customers and partners better collaborate with us and with each other. The community includes a regularly updated Knowledge Base, a User Forum discussion area, an expanded Product Documentation area, and a private collaboration area for your internal and Elemental teammates. If you have an active Elemental service plan, the Elemental User Community also gives you access to your own private support space, where you can contact our technical support team, and submit and manage your support cases.
Partners Access to the User Community
The Elemental User Community provides detailed information for a global network of value-added resellers and system integrators. It includes sales and support resources that empower our partners with the knowledge to deliver Elemental solutions to customers. Log into the Elemental User Community.

In addition to resources available in the Elemental User Community, the Elemental Support Services team is available to answer questions or address issues related to Elemental software and services, based on service levels defined in the Elemental Service Plans.
