Customer success is our top priority. Our customers and partners have 24-hour access to tools and resources to get the most out of the Elemental platform.
The Elemental Customer Portal provides instant access to software updates, documentation, video tutorials, and answers to frequently asked questions. Access to the Customer Portal is available to Elemental customers with an active Elemental Service Plan.
The Elemental Partner Portal provides detailed information for a global network of value-added resellers and system integrators. It includes sales and support resources that empower our partners with the knowledge to deliver Elemental solutions to customers.
Support Services Team
In addition to resources available in the Elemental Customer and Partner Portals, the Elemental Support Services team is available to answer questions or address issues related to Elemental sofrware and services, based on service levels defined in the Elemental Service Plans. Our world-class team of Support Engineers is located in three Technical Support Center (TSC) locations (Portland, OR, London and Hong Kong).
