Customer success is our top priority. Elemental customers and partners have 24-hour access to tools and resources to help them get the most out of their Elemental systems.
The Elemental Customer Portal provides instant access to software updates, documentation, video tutorials, and answers to frequently asked questions. Access to the Customer Portal is available to Elemental customers with an active Elemental Service Plan. To purchase, renew or learn more about Elemental Service Plans, please contact your Elemental Sales Manager or email the sales team.
The Elemental Partner Portal provides detailed information for Elemental’s global network of value-added resellers and system integrators. This includes key sales and support resources that empower our partners with the knowledge to deliver Elemental solutions to customers.
In addition to resources available in the Elemental Customer and Partner Portals, the Elemental Support Services team is available to answer questions or address issues related to Elemental products and services, based on service levels defined in the Elemental Service Plans. Our world-class team of Support Engineers is located in three worldwide Technical Support Center (TSC) locations (Portland, OR, London and Hong Kong).
